Q. We have a research project meeting, but some members do not have an active user account with the university’s library or don’t know how to activate one. Are we allowed to let those members in?

It is important to coordinate your visit with the GRIC with anticipation so that all participants may have access. If the users do not have an account or do not know if their account is active, they should go to the library’s Department of Circulation. Remember that it takes at least twenty-four (24) hours for a new user to get access to the GRIC.
